Principal Animator/Owner: John Carstarphen
John Carstarphen is a native of Philadelphia Pa., graduate of Temple University film school in Philadelphia Pa., and the AFI (American Film Institute) in Hollywood. Based in Dallas for over 2 decades, his film and television experience spans over 25 years in broadcast television, feature filmmaking, documentary and corporate production and animation.
The Animation Shot is an independent media company based in Dallas, Texas. Its focus is primarily on adult-oriented animated genre feature films, unique one-off documentaries and web/television series for the North American and International markets.
